LAG strategic objectives

In developing the 2007-2010 strategic plan, LAG board and staff have identified five key strategic objectives:

To influence decision-makers through policy work on access to justice and in the following priority areas:

- to promote the users' perspective in legal services;

         - to campaign for sustainable legal and advice services;

         - to make the tribunal system more user-friendly and accessible.

To engage in sustainable trading activity that promotes and advances education and knowledge of the law, in line with LAG's values and mission.

To identify and maximise the contribution of different individuals and groups as a valuable resource.

To develop and maintain effective, efficient and integrated systems, and appropriate human and other resources, in line with changing organisational needs.

To ensure that in all its activities, LAG presents a coherent message that reinforces and develops its brand and reflects its values.
